A West Country Chicken Breast, lightly seasoned confit cooked with long strips of lemon grass, slices of fragrant ginger, garlic slices, kaffir limes leaves, coriander & chili.
We wanted to create a chicken product that was subtle in flavour but equally suitable for cold eating in salads, or great stirfried, or some customers have dropped thin strips into coconut milk for a Thai soup.
This simple but lovely tasting product, it has capabilities in so many dishes.
