Bourbon is an globally recognised American, barrel aged distilled sprit. We certainly feel that it really works with duck or game so, we thought hey, why not produce something with a wonderful flavoured beverage that millions of people love to drink.
So we created our free-range duck breast with Bourbon Whisky, marinated and again cooked until perfectly pink, its really good, rich and meaty with a classic peaty whisky note. The Bourbon works in great harmony with the duck flavour in particular the skin when crisply roasted.
This is one to try for that special occasion, as it’s a great dinner treat in flavour terms. Proving to be a popular product just like Bourbon itself.
