Our classic product is identical in terms of another great Creedy Carver duck product. Only this time, it’s slowly cured in our special citrus mixture, sweet, salty with a hint of Asia to create a really interesting unique flavour.
Again slowly confit cooked for 14 hours with rendered duck fat and fresh herbs, to produce a product we are so proud of and one that is rapidly becoming a signature dish menu with many of our customers.
Options to cook again are limitless, be it modern style roasted on dauphinoise potatoes with roasted beetroots & a broad bean tapenade, drizzled with a hearty wine jus or eaten at home pulled, whilst hot with a dressed little gem salad and softly cooked quail eggs (check out our friends at www.norfolkquail.co.uk) their eggs are absolutely fabulous.
